Geriatric Medicine (Care of Older People)

Our geriatric medicine team provides a comprehensive and effective service for older people with a wide range of problems and in a variety of settings, with the aim of maximising the patient’s potential and allowing them to remain as independent as possible. This requires the specialist skills of a multi-disciplinary team including doctors, nurses, therapists and social workers.

The team provide input to the following services:
